About the Roadmap

The Bug Roadmap provides insight information detailing the bugs / issues that are on their way to being resolved ("Short Term") and those which we know about, but are not quite in the works just yet ("Long Term"). You can also follow bugs and keep track of those under "Following". Head back to the main view by clicking "Back to the Roadmap".

SECTIONS OF THE ROADMAP
Short Term

The Short Term roadmap displays 'highest' and 'high' priority bugs that need to be fixed faster than our lower priority bugs. These bugs will be given more attention due to the impact they cause.

Long Term

The Long Term roadmap displays 'medium', 'low' and 'lowest' priority bugs, which we will work through as soon as our higher priority bugs are resolved. In some cases, we may have work planned to update a feature that will also address the bug you have raised. In this scenario, where appropriate, we may decide to fix your bug as part of the planned feature work. The bug will therefore remain open, on the long term roadmap, until that work is delivered.

Following

This tab shows you all of the bugs that you have selected to follow, in one location, regardless of the priority.

You can choose to follow or unfollow any of the bugs within the Bug Roadmap, regardless of whether a bug was raised by you or not. Selecting to 'follow' a bug will add it to the 'Following' section, and you will receive email updates each time a comment is added / status updated.

BUG STATUS
In Backlog

The backlog status shows bugs that are either in review with our Product Team, or awaiting Development. Engineering work has not yet started on these bugs. You may see lower priority bugs sit in this list for a longer period of time, whilst we work on higher priority issues.

In Progress

This status represents bugs that are actively being worked on by our Development team. Bugs here are on their way to being resolved.

Quality Assurance

You will find bugs here that have been through our Development process, and are now being given a final review by our Quality Assurance Team. This stage identifies any unintended behaviour and allows us to fix those issues before we release any development work to Production.

Preparing Release

This is the final stage before your bug fix is released to Production. The fix has been developed, and approved by our Quality Assurance Team. It's now in the queue awaiting the next release.

Closed

This status means that your bug has now been released to Production. You will see 'Closed' bugs remain on the Bug Roadmap for 7 days.
